Has anyone ever seen a ghost?

I have seen a few in my day, but mostly I feel energy. It's hard to explain. If I concentrate on it though, I can get a picture of who/what it is.

I had the sight at a young age, but because of my upbringing, I was too scared to tell anyone. I think I wasn't able to "see" since then because I was not open to it, in fact even denying it. Now that I am older, and less afraid, it's been happening more and more. I am excited for all of the new experience we are going to have!

I've never actually seen one but I've been around ghosts before and at my old house we use to have one, I could hear it walking down the hallway at night.
